Local versus global

I think that starting off with a global definition and then mentioning the local case is the wrong way round. The references to Weiss that I found are actually for the local case anyway. I will try to draft something. Deltahedron (talk) 06:31, 11 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Bilinear form vs. quadratic form
