"In Lithuanian and Latvian, it is also used to describe God as it is understood by major world religions today." This looks weird. Is "Dievas" used to describe any "God" in Buddism, which is obviously a "major world religion"? Better describe as "it is also used to describe the God in Abrahamic religions" (excluding non-Abrahamic monotheistic religions), or "it is also used to describe the God in major monotheistic religions today."
