Carbanions are v rare, dianions are super-rare
[edit]I am trying to figure out the notability of this particular species, which I guess exists in someone's mass spectrometer somewhere. Slightly worried that readers will think this thing has any existence in a flask. Maybe I am missing something. --Smokefoot (talk) 20:21, 9 May 2022 (UTC)
- We should definitely clarify that while it's notable in its niche, it's not something one would encounter in actual chemical experiments. DMacks (talk) 01:28, 10 May 2022 (UTC)
