Fully protected with no discussion?

I see the page is fully protected, but I seem to be missing the discussion between Walter Görlitz and 77.137.83.16 on this talk page. where is the discussion? or are we waiting for 77.137.83.16 to be unblocked? Frietjes (talk) 19:07, 15 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry. Started the discussion on the anon's talk page, but yes, waiting for anon to be unblocked would be helpful. Currently, I need a free hour to review the content as I did about in February 2018—the last time a paid editor (189.19.120.223 (talk · contribs · WHOIS)) was involved. Perhaps long-term protection so that {{edit semi-protected}} can be used to maintain consistency and nature of sources. Other options would be WP:PCPP or WP:ECP. If there is no further input, I will attempt to take the time to:

get rid of circular links, and other linking problems
remove the promotional nature of the additions
attempt to clean the grammar and readability
generally reduce the size of the article and avoid WP:NOTNEWS issues
