I agree wholeheartedly! My service is junk!! I have rebooted my system at least 15 times within the last week. I scheduled a tech to come to my house, they tell me that the appt will be from 10am-8pm (as if I don't have a life and plan to sit around all day for a tech, whom isn't going to show up anyway) the customer service schedules the appt from 2-5, here it is 9pm and the tech never called and still hasn't shown up! But they want the bill paid and give crap credit when my service hasn't been working properly in over a week. I called and spoke with 2 different people today as I waited for the tech.
