[edit]The official name of the company is Deutsche Börse AG. They often call themselves Deutsche Börse Group to make clear they do more than just run a stock exchange (they are a vertically integrated provider of services, i.e. from floor-trading to settlement). This group structure should be made clear in the article, but the name should be the name of the company, i.e. Deutsche Börse (without AG - in the same way that we don't have an entry called New York Stock Exchange, Inc..
