When a publication is not notable or there is no article on Seikei Zusetsu, WP:UNDUE applies. If you'd like to begin an article, go ahead, then a link is justified. The current caption is both concise and informative for the art shown.

As your defense of using primary sources for medical content on Wikipedia was defeated here and here, and your editing history shows little interest in medical topics, I consider your knowledge of WP:MEDRS to be insufficient to warrant further discussion.
