Was it in the city at the time it was built?
[edit]What does this mean? "The Eight Mile/Wyoming neighborhood, where this wall is located ... is located outside the city". It's certainly inside the city today. Was it outside at the time it was built, and the sentence should be past tense? Or was it inside, and "outside" is just wrong? GA-RT-22 (talk) 22:59, 23 November 2024 (UTC)
- Yeah, that's confusing. The neighborhood was annexed by Detroit in 1926 - that's after Black residents had moved to the area, but before the construction of the wall. I rewrote. Andrew Jameson (talk) 15:34, 24 November 2024 (UTC)
