Photos?
[edit]From this page, it implies the ship is in Great Britain. Ot at least it was in 2006, anyways. If it's still there, we could use the help of some British Wikipedians in getting a photograph of the ship. I suppose we could just use one from the page, but it's always better to have a PD or GFDL in my opinion. Thanks. Parsecboy (talk) 17:37, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
The reference to the Destriero being given new 3000 hp engines is wrong, it is a completely different, smaller yacht, with reportedly the same owner and removed at the same time from Portsmouth. The confusion stems from this article - http://www.ibinews.com/ibinews/newsdesk/20090113140614ibinews.html —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.109.103.98 (talk) 10:20, 7 October 2009 (UTC)

The Ship is docked in Germany, at Luerssen Shipyard in Lemwerder near Bremen. It is visible on Google Maps (53°10'11.5"N 8°36'07.6"E), since it has been there for several years now. New Reports say, the vessel is about to be made seaworthy again, with at least one fuel tank removed, to accomodate more passenger Space. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 178.11.119.187 (talk) 15:11, 4 August 2017 (UTC)
External links modified
[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on Destriero. Please take a moment to review my edit. You may add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it, if I keep adding bad data, but formatting bugs should be reported instead. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether, but should be used as a last resort. I made the following changes:
- Attempted to fix sourcing for http://www.irishseashipping.com/photofeatures/irishcelticseas/england/destriero260806/destriero260806.htm
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true or failed to let others know (documentation at {{Sourcecheck}}
).
