Historical inaccuracy

Set in Mar-Apr 1942 as it is about the Doolittle Raid which was in April 1942. Yet the messages and dialog in the film say it's on its 6th or 7th war patrol. There is no way a sub made that many patrols in just 5 months after we entered WWII on Dec 7, 1941. 70.161.8.90 (talk) 19:17, 20 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
