Delete?

This is a long term orphan article that is exceptionally poorly referenced for a BLP. The guy does get Google scholar hits but I am uncertain whether the notability is sufficient. It is enough to stop me starting a AfD for now.

Also, somebody is adding unreferenced stuff that seems like insider information. Do we have COI issue here? --DanielRigal (talk) 15:48, 19 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I am being lobbied about this article on my talk page. I don't want to put the article up for deletion just because somebody is annoying me but if it seems that the only people who care to have this article exist are those who have a COI and POV problem then maybe that is where it needs to go.
