The article creator has had over 4 years to provide the required sources and establish notability using verifiable information from actual languages. Instead, the article has been abandoned as an orphaned stub that primarily links to a deleted article about the creator's own private conlang. "Descriptive marker" is not an established linguistic term, so this article should be deleted entirely, but on the off chance that someone searches for this phrase, I have redirected it to Marker (linguistics).
