Resting or taking photos of the ceiling?

Does Derrick Van Orden have an alcohol problem? In this article about Van Orden's obscenity laden rant against Senate pages, there is a photograph of his Congressional office desk with multiple alcohol bottles on it. https://www.huffpost.com/entry/wisconsin-republican-pages-yell_n_64c2edcae4b03ad2b89780c8 Of course this raises the question of wether he was sober when he was reportedly photographed at the "Stop the Steal" rally on January 6, 2021. In fact, reportedly, he was photographed standing on a wall on Capitol grounds inside a restricted area. https://www.thedailybeast.com/gop-candidate-bankrolled-jan-6-riot-trip-with-campaign-cash The irony is that he was cussing out the pages for failing to give due reverence to the Capitol although he watched as the attack on the Capitol unfolded, reportedly leaving the mob scene without entering the Capitol. He seems to have a serious anger problem, and appears to wield his power when he is around children or young adults as another incident regarding a page reportedly occurred when he berated her about a display of children's books at a Wisconsin library. https://www.metroweekly.com/2021/08/wisconsin-teen-library-staffer-says-congressional-candidate-threatened-her-over-pride-month-display/ Would a sober adult act this way? Derrick Owen attended the Ellipse speech and was on Restricted Captiol Grounds on January 6th. This should be mentioned and cited in the article
