An accurate translation?

Is "Denmark Series" a proper translation of the name of the danish association football competition? In my opinion, it would be more accurate to reuse the original danish name of the league rather than translating every danish competition to English, just like the use of Eredivisie and Eerste Divisie etc. was kept.
