- CA: 68,959
- LA: 31,149
- FL: 26,668
- OK: 22,969
- IL: 20,169
And by year, the state with the most:
- CA in 2009, 2008, and 2007 - 61,270, 73,174, and 78,310, respectively
- LA in 2006: 118,552
- LA is asteriked because Hurricane Katrina caused a sharp increase in migration from Louisiana to Texas. During that year 81,572 people went from California to Texas

Numbers don't add up
[edit]45.3% Non-Hispanic White + 37.6% Hispanic (in body of article) does not even add up to the 84.5% White (table). Something is wrong here. 216.8.143.171 (talk) 15:28, 3 August 2018 (UTC)
