Not POV - Too much speculations and polemics
[edit]Individuals in CDP, whether they who reside in foreign country or the organization received too much close attentions by foreign governments, interest observers and the public, does not necessary linked to these foreign government in financial or political sense, at least publicly. Also, cite reputable & relevant sources for point number 5, as it was too polemics and speculations. - Cat12zu —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 219.74.88.123 (talk) 14:56, 16 March 2007 (UTC).
This page has a clear anti-China bias. The authors of this page openly admit their support of freedom or 'democracy'. This page is self-promotional and is written in the style of propaganda. It is not credible as it contains no reference sources. Nvek 10:24, 16 March 2007 (UTC)
When it says "cite references" you must tell us EXACTLY where there is written proof of what is being said. eg.the article contains the following: "Since the first day of its founding, the Chinese Democracy Party has been receiving close attention from ... United Nations Commission on Human Rights". You must give us the name and page of a written document, or a link to a page on the UN Human Rights Commission to prove your claim. This goes not just for point 5, but for every claim you make throughout the page. Until you do that it will remain "does not cite references".
Nvek
There is currently a Democratic Party in China that works within the government. This is a different body than that discussed in the article.
Please read this page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Reliable_sources which explains what exatly is required. Nvek
Alleged Bias
[edit]This page is not very biased at all by Wikipedia standards, the party was suppressed. The existence of another party that claims to be democratic has no effect on the validity of this article.
Xu Wenli: more specific & separate page?
[edit]I think a separate page for Xu Wenli is needed.
Some of the writing, as of this moment, seems to me inaccurate, e.g., he was charged with "subverting state power" according to the I.H.T., not "overthrowing the communist party" --both versions of the charge doubtless rely on imperfect translation.
N.Y.T. organizes its own category for these stories (making it easy to draft a Wiki article, at least with the general facts):

I'd invite someone to take this on as a hobby project. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.170.212.34 (talk) 06:32, 31 July 2008 (UTC)

Tibet and Uyguristan
[edit]Does it support independence for Tibet and Uyguristan or more autonomy? Does it support federalization of China? Please add info about it to the article.--Kaiyr (talk) 22:43, 28 March 2013 (UTC)
