Personally, I think it is a pretty good picture overall, and I'm pretty sure it is the best one we have. Images on Wikipedia are restricted in that they must be as freely usable as possible. For pictures of people, this usually means they must be released into the public domain. It doesn't matter, how good the picture is or isn't. Wikipedia is not a teen magazine, we don't do retouching here. This is a very old picture, though. It was taken almost two years ago. No. assocaited acts can include one-time acts and co-preformers. but... david and demi are close friends; the same with the lead singer from We The Kings(who should also be in the associated acts) if you note in other wikipedia articles there are people noted in the associated acts that are not close personal friends with the band/singer. As The Bell Rings

Demi was only in the first season of as the bell rings. she never came back. Some jackass posted an inappropriate sentence in this article (you'll notice it very quickly if you read the article. If you haven't noticed it, it's been fixed). Unfortunately, the article is semi protected, and as such, I can't (or can't figure out how to) revert to a previous version. STBY, Wikipedia, maybe liberalizing your reversion rules a bit is in order. Just a thought. It's probably not a good idea to "publicly" call vandals jackasses (saying it in your head is fine though). There's an article in today's Toronto Star (here) that's clearly an interview with Demi. It states: "She was born Demetria Devonne Lovato in New Mexico on Aug. 20, 1992, but moved to Dallas when her parents divorced shortly after her second birthday." The thing is, you need to include sources that specifically say whatever it is you're including in the article. The article you cited doesn't mention Miley Cyrus at all, as far as I can see, and it doesn't say that Demi talked about collaborating with Trey Songz - it speculates, in a joking way, that she might perhaps collaborate with him. Nope - not usable. It states in the image description that it's from Getty Images ("Photo by Bryan Bedder/Getty Images") and thus it's copyrighted. Parent's ethnicity?

the page says her father is Mexican and her mother is Italian and Irish? But I checked the references and they don't state which of her parents is what! So I don't know how you guys know for certain? I mean being that her father's name is Patrick Lovato, Lovato is an Italian name. They do have it wrong. Her mother is Mexican and her father is Irish Italian. I have read this in several places. None of which are coming to mind at the moment.

Placement of "Treatment center stint" section

When I originally added information about Lovato's time in a treatment center to this article on Nov. 1, I incorporated it into the 'Music career', 2010-present section since she left the tour early in order to enter treatment. But now that it has been made its own subsection, it looks odd sitting in the 'Music career' section. It would probably fit better in 'Image and personal life', but would still require a mention in the 2010 'Music career' section, again because she ended the tour early to go into treatment.

My suggestion for this would be to: A) move the 'Treatment Center Stint' subsection to 'Image and personal life'; and B) change what is currently in the music section to:

"...The tour began on August 7, 2010 in Tinley Park, IL and was set to end on November 13, 2010 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. However, Lovato's early departure from the tour was announced on November 1, 2010, in order to allow Lovato to enter a treatment center for "physical and emotional issues" (see Image and personal life)."

There is no reference anywhere to significant and notable musical associations with the others. Even is this field is stretched to have meaning for actors (and I don't think it should be), Selena Gomez has had no more of a significant association than the other cast members of any of the acting roles listed in Demi_Lovato#Filmography. The field originally listed just Jonas Brothers and Selena Gomez was a fairly late addition [3]. People populate this field with personal associations (friends) in a lot of articles and miss the part about the significant and notable professional requirement. My judgment is Selena Gomez falls in this category of close personal friend who has worked with Lovato on one TV series and one movie and that is it and is only listed here because of that friendship. All you need to do is show some reliable and important source that talks about the award. The award section isn't a place to list every fan-site that decided to give out an award, it's a place to list awards that anyone cares about. Show an article on MTV, Rolling Stone, USA Today, Billboard, anywhere that isn't a fansite that lists the award, and it's reasonable to put it in. We are all aware that this page is not a fansite but you must give Demi Lovato credit where credit is due. You can't just remove her awards because there is no notable site confirming that she won them. Where Demi was born

According to this site Demi was born in Dallas Texas, but Demi herself has said that she was born in ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO. I think that portion needs to be fixed. Here is an interview where Lovato confirms being born in New Mexico http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7_AmLxwHxFM

Who's that Boy Mention Missing?

The single "Who's that Boy" is Demi Lovato's second single released. Even though (I'm quite sure) that it may not have been charted at all, i think there's some significance because all of her singles to date from her studio albums have been added to the main section, or at least a small mention of it.
