Summary of the meaning of the lyrics of Shabba’s song completely inaccurate.
This article is, respectfully, garbage, and needs to be redone from the ground up
[edit]I've never commented on a talk page like this before, but I felt this article made it necessary. Sentences like this:
"In turn, this speaks to persisting assertions and disidentifications of cultural narratives and histories surrounding black sexual and gender identities."
What does this actually mean? There is so much academic mumbo-jumbo in what is ultimately an article about a simple reggaeton song. The article is confusingly organized and badly written throughout. Nowhere does it talk about what the content of the song actually is. Can someone do something to fix this mess? Map42892 (talk) 03:33, 17 May 2024 (UTC)
Needs Edits
[edit]The article almost entirely cites 2 sources written by one person, and borrows a lot of unnecessarily wordy language from those sources. It makes the article difficult to parse while not adding value. Language needs to be simplified, and sources not written by Wayne Marshall should be brought in. 64.135.129.135 (talk) 17:44, 1 September 2024 (UTC)
