Hello, I am an novice Wikipedian. I created this page and was told: "your page covers a topic on which we already have a page - Stéphanie Kerbarh.". This seems to have created an argument between two wikipedians. I would love to get an explanation and I apologies for having created all this trouble. Thank you! James Tamim (talk) 22:25, 5 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Jamestamim: From my take on the situation, this article's information consists purely of content that should be in the Stéphanie Kerbarh article, and the other user seems to be arguing for a point that I already understand. I'm going to try to bring in some uninvolved users in a minute. ToThAc (talk) 22:37, 5 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I'd also like to apologize for my remarks, again, which were uncalled for, whether in hindsight or not. I was an idiot and can see why you might have assumed them to be duplicates, given the name used in the article text, and I can see now why you'd assume they were – and I wouldn't have engaged with you in such a way if I'd actually noticed it. @Malcolmxl5: Yeah, the issue was already resolved by the time you got there. You don't need to worry about it anymore. And thanks for your sincere apology Mélencron! ToThAc (talk) 23:13, 5 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, I'm really sorry about that. I don't have an excuse other than I was unjustifiably pissed off at you, which still isn't an excuse for my behavior. Mélencron (talk) 23:15, 5 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
