This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because those articles are itself copied from the Delhi Legislative Assembly article of Wikipedia. -- Manasbose (talk | contribs) 04:28, 8 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I've already given credit to the original Wikipedia article while adding the content. -- Manasbose (talk | contribs) 04:39, 8 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
It's a case of reverse copyright violation. Millennium Post and Insights on India copied from Wikipedia, as the supposed copyvio is present in this version, earlier than the publishing date of Insights and Millennium article. But since it was copied again recently, the tagging nominator may not have realized it. Regards, TryKid[dubiousdiscuss] 05:23, 8 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Manasbose, it isn't correct to copy within Wikipedia if the copy is an already introduced copyvio. But as far as I can tell the original text is not copyvio. https://www.insightsonindia.com/ link is dated 5 November 2014 while the wiki text was here on 2 Nov 2014. The second link is 2017 so less confusion there related to copyvio. As concluded above. DTM (talk) 08:15, 8 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Also the Insights on India link clearly mentions it's source as "Wiki" (alongside The Hindu) -- Manasbose (talk | contribs) 08:24, 8 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Manasbose: thanks for taking up this matter. When tagging, I did not realise that these sources were copied from Wikipedia in the first place. I've double checked and will repeal the speedy deletion tag. Thanks, also, to DTM and TryKid for helping to rectify this. Best, Modussiccandi (talk) 10:15, 8 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
