Very good over all - just a few picks which aren't major and won't prevent promotion.

"DE 12 begins at the Maryland border, where it continues west into that state as MD 314." - I'm confused about exactly where it ceases to be MD 314 and becomes DE12.

I see it's specified in the table. It's in Felton? (or before Felton?)
