Merge proposal
[edit]I propose merging Delaware's 2nd congressional district into this article. There was never a second district, just a second seat. This is similar to Maryland which at one time had nine seats, but it just doubled up seats in single districts. {{USCongDistStateDE}} would have to be modified, too. —Markles 21:22, 24 March 2007 (UTC)
