lede sentence grammar

[edit]

I just revised the lede sentence to be a grammatically correct sentence. The previous sentence was introduced in the first version of the article. Pinging editors who made 2 or more edits Czar, Neverrainy, and Launchballer, who didn't see a problem, so I worry if I might be wrong. The previous sentence was "Decimate is a BBC quiz show that aired BBC One since 20 April 2015 and is hosted by Shane Richie." Shouldn't it be "aired on BBC1" or "aired by BBC1" or reworded to avoid that phrasing. Also "since 20 April" seems impermanent, non-encyclopedic, because it won't air forever and the phrase will be untrue at some point, for sure. I like the article! --doncram 14:13, 8 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
