Cross-namespace redirects out of mainspace aren't allowed; the article needs to be published to Mainspace before the redirects are updated. I just saw that a reviewer has declined the AfC, and while they were rather rude, I'm inclined to agree that Vorayuth is pretty much only notable for the event and could be covered in this article per WP:BIO1E. (A section could be inserted at the beginning to provide biographical background.) If you insist, thiugh, there's nothing prohibiting you from cancelling the AfC and tagging the redirect for G6 speedy deletion with {{db-move}} so that you can move the draft to Mainspace yourself. It might get AfDed, but at least there'll be inout from more people than a single AfC reviewer. --Paul_012 (talk) 04:32, 18 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
