Plot to lengthy/detailed?
[edit]Does anyone else think the plot section is toolong? I tried simplifying it, but without much success. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.71.51.146 (talk) 23:37, 7 May 2008 (UTC)
Bec as narrator??
[edit]Is there a source that verifies Bec as the narrator of Demonata 7 at this early stage? Please enlighten us who have been left in the dark and cite your source, otherwise please remove that piece of information until there is any offical confirmation by Darren Shan..

I added that, it was announced at the Edinburgh Book Festival. Well, kinda. At the end Darren Shan said the first line of Book 7 would be 'it's strange, being alive again'. So I assume that means Bec. I can't cite anything on the internet though, sorry.--Andy mci 18:32, 9 November 2007 (UTC)
Narrator
[edit]Please nobody post anything relating to who is the narrator of the book unless you can post a link to a reliable source confirming it. Thanks. -AtionSong 18:22, 11 November 2007 (UTC)
Just because something can't be sourced to the internet or a book, doesn't mean it's completely false.--Andy mci (talk) 18:08, 23 November 2007 (UTC)
It's kind of logically her being the narrator and all though. Darren said that it gets into the main story line now so who would no most about the demonata then Bec. also, Kernal has no eyes so he now can't narrate and Grubbs has narrated the last two. also, it would be a more intresting read seeing how somebody from the past deals with the future. knowing Darren Shan, he will have Bec as the narrator as he is a big fan of the Dark Tower series which deals alot wth different times and dimmensions and it would also have a moral teaching of how to deal with a situation and surrounding your not used too. using all of the things Shan has said on his blog about his books, and because of the story line, it is almost certain that the narrator is BEC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm done. It's nice when people agree with me =D--Andy mci (talk) 12:33, 8 January 2008 (UTC)

The book is called Death's Shadow, because it referres to the beast that comes out of the rock face of the cave at the end of Demon Apocalypse. I hope this helps with speculation........ The big quote
[edit]Is there really any need for that big quote from Shan at the bottom? DyNaMO (talk) 21:45, 1 April 2008 (UTC)
- No, that is way too much, all you need is that first paragraph, or a paraphrased version that is only a few paragraphs long. Rau's Speak Page 23:02, 1 April 2008 (UTC)
Book 8 title
[edit]Book 8 is called......... WOLF ISLAND. this is found in the back of book 7. my friend has the book. apparantly the monster on the cover is beranabus' dark side, but i am not definate about this. hope this helps. Printing Error
[edit]I wasn't sure if it was worth putting in the Notes section incase it was just me, but in my copy it says that Meera was fighting: "Meera and Kealan are thrown to the floor..." when instead it should say Sharmilla: "Sharmilla and Kealan are thrown to the floor..." (page 113) as Meera was away in the Demonata Universe with Shark. Is this just my copy or is it worth noting?
DyNaMO (talk) 22:32, 25 May 2008 (UTC)
- It's a nice catch, but ultimately trivial. If it was all first edition copies, and then a later edition had this fixed, I'd say it could be included. But as it stands now, I do not see any point it's mentioning. Rau's Speak Page 23:59, 25 May 2008 (UTC)
In addition, if its important (I know there's been a long time, and I am a different user from the original of this section - i cannot log in properly right now annoyingly,), this book also contains a couple of typos - se instead of see and a missing n in not - both in Beranabus sections, and in those sections the size of the non-italic stressed words changes. Probably not important, but it might be. -Lordloss210 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.101.248.240 (talk) 19:39, 31 October 2012 (UTC)
