post-move

[edit]

It seems the recent move was done under these circumstances: daily page views for common and recent 'deadlock' topics The recent Valve video game caused 10x more viewers to see this. Will be interesting to see what we get from the clickstreams in a week or so. --Joy (talk) 13:46, 27 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Wikinav for deadlock for September shows 7.39k to the video game, 1.89k to computer science, 426 to deadbolt, 86 to politics, and so on up to 23 destinations. --Joy (talk) 21:05, 16 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

In October, we still had 10.8k incoming views, and could identify 4.1k outgoing: 1.88k to the video game, 1.60k to computer science, 279 to deadbolt and a long tail up to 18 destinations. 277 or <3% were filtered. --Joy (talk) 10:39, 23 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

BTW, because of topical redirects, we can also render views on those redirects. Interesting how 272 show for deadbolt, so 7 of those are among the filtered. Likewise political 89 vs 59 identifiable clickstreams, so 30 filtered. The comparison for negotation deadlock 28 vs 46 identifiable is because I only created the topical redirect on October 16th - looking at daily views being ~2, that could be estimated at ~32 + 28 = ~60, so ~14 filtered. --Joy (talk) 12:02, 23 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
