[edit]The date of 1681 needs citation. The lack of chamfering on the summer beams is a strong indication of a post 1720 date. The chamfered framing on the exterior does suggest a 1710-1730 date, but the lack of chamfering or any other early detail on the interior would push the date to ca. 1730. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Old houses (talk • contribs) 20:26, 21 August 2018 (UTC)
