Proposed work group
[edit]There is currently discussion regarding the creation of a work group specifically to deal with articles dealing with this subject, among others, here. Any parties interested in working in such a group are welcome to indicate their interest there. Thank you. John Carter (talk) 17:25, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
Membership Numbers
[edit]@Jeffro77:@BlackCab: In Charles F. Redeker's book Pastor Russell: Messenger of Millennial Hope, published by the Pastoral Bible Institute, he estimates the current membership of the Dawn, when combined with the PBI and Divine Plan groups, to be around six thousand (6000) (chapter 12, "Bible Student Numerical Distribution", page 356. Published in 2006). Now, this is obviously a primary source as it is published by the PBI, but because the number is literally 10x less than the one given for the 1980's, as well as being far more updated (only 10 years out as of now) should it be placed in in order to give some more recent information? And if so, how should that work? Vyselink (talk) 12:39, 18 May 2016 (UTC)
- I don't have much time at the moment. But something like According to A,there were x members in year.[source A] In year, [source B] suggested membership of y.[source B]--Jeffro77 (talk) 12:55, 18 May 2016 (UTC)
