The painkillers section
[edit]There was a concern stated as to whether the section on Watson's problems with painkillers was defamation or libel. truth is an absolute defense. There was a bit of confusion because the LA Times archives for September 7, 2008 were down, however I was fortunately able to find a copy of the article at a different source. While it is true the WP:BLP restricts reckless, wrong information or an article that uses legitimate sources for an obvious hatchet job, this article is neither. As BLP notes: "Controversial material about living persons that is unsourced or poorly sourced must be removed immediately": A solid article from the LA Times does not apply; especially now that the active link was restored. --Bobak (talk) 15:56, 19 January 2009 (UTC)
