I'm willing to finally review this one, but note that the nominator and main contributor is on a long wikibreak until 2015. In case FallingGravity, or anybody else, would be willing to respond to my comments, I'll leave this open about a week, and post a full review if anyone's interested. - As the nominator is absent, and no-one else has stepped forward in the last week, I'm failing this nomination. I have not done a detailed review, but have noted some close paraphrasing concerns with footnotes 5 and 7. "noted for his clarity of rendition and his power of improvisation, while still maintaining an overall simplicity of expression." is copied near-verbatim from the source, for example.
