Needs sections

I added a needs sections tag to the page because the article is just divided by paragraphs. The page describes most of David Ridgen's work as a filmmaker over the years and would be better presented having sections and even subsections. The proper format would contain sections... possibly by years or career, personal, family, films, etc. Anyone have any suggestions on how the sections should be split up.
