Merger proposal

I propose that David_Webster_(World's_Strongest_Man_organizer) be merged into David_P._Webster. I think that the content in the David_Webster_(World's_Strongest_Man_organizer) article is redundant and the title is needlessly particular about an individual that has contributed to physical culture promotion beyond the World's Strongest Man content. Maintenance template removal
