The written biography identifies December 18 in 1695/1696 as David Nitschmann der Bischof's birthdate. But the photograph of his grave marker in the Wikipedia article very clearly identifies Dec. 21, 1696 as the date of his birth. Is the grave marker wrong? Was there some sort of "odd" Moravian calendar that was off by 3 days compared to the modern calendar? I am also confused by this. The original author for the article didn't cite any sources for the 1695 date, I think we should just change it to 1696. Scu ba (talk) 23:31, 17 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
