Does anyone else find it curious that he was in office as the governor of NSW on 31 October 1936 despite having DIED the day before? 139.168.112.69 (talk) 04:35, 10 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Crests

[edit]

This article used two crests in an infobox in the "Titles, styles and honours" section: File:Crest of the Lieutenant-Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador.svg and File:Crest of the Governor of New South Wales.svg. However, these crests did not exist at the time Anderson was governor of either region. The crests should be contemporaneous to the time the individual was in the office the crests represent; see those used at Freeman Freeman-Thomas, 1st Marquess of Willingdon#Titles, styles, and honours, for example. --Ħ MIESIANIACAL 13:47, 16 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Since you are so insistent about this trivial matter, I will put the royal arms in their place instead. Siegfried Nugent (talk) 05:57, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

And what exactly are they supposed to represent in this article? --Ħ MIESIANIACAL 06:14, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
