Category query

I am uncertain as to why this article is in Category:People from Angus. The article does not make any mention of the County of Angus (or Forfarshire as it was historically called), but states that "Duncan was born at Alyth, Perthshire". Thus it is not at all clear why David Duncan would be classed as a person from Angus. I know there county boundaries between Perthshire and Forfarshire/Angus have varied and I understand that part of the historic parish of Alyth was once in Forfarshire, but not the main settlement. If he did come from the Forfarshire part, then this needs to be cited and made clear in the article, otherwise I think he needs to be taken out of this category.
