I strongly doubt the material currently displayed at davepallone.com is that of the former umpire. Compare the head shot on the site to head shots and action shots in Behind the Mask and online. The real Pallone is 73 and has (had!) dark hair. The head shot on the disputed website is clearly a different person. Pallone's LinkedIn profile is here, and yes this is the real guy: https://www.linkedin.com/in/davepallone/ In addition, it would be out of character for the real Pallone to not mention LGBTQ issues on his own site, yet I could not find one mention of this topic anywhere on the site. Also, a minor "tell" is that many different types of sports, not just baseball, are discussed. The real Pallone could certainly know about other sports, but it is also uncharacteristic of him to not mention baseball prominently on his own site. Finally, the street address given does not exist. I'm pretty confident there's no street designated as a "Road" in Manhattan (10013); if one tries mapping it, as I did, the address comes up unknown; and anyway, last I heard, the real Pallone was living in Colorado.
