History
[edit]Dataproducts is forgotten now, but they were once the big name in printers.
Ribbons for their printers are still widely available, so there must be many old printers still printing away. Somewhere. --John Nagle (talk) 05:15, 13 May 2009 (UTC)
- I well remember Dataproducts parallel. After the sale to Hitachi, the name hung on for a while as a consumables distributor, then disappeared. Dataproducts de México was the sales group in Mexico and still exists as a printer distributor.[1] If you interested in the history of the printing industry, then I recommend:
