This article has nothing to do with DTE, and appears to be about v.35
[edit]DTE applies to any "user end" equipment, originally assumed to be a terminal. It originates in an era when almost all data communications was between dumb terminals and smart mainframes. This article fails to mention this definition, and appears to be copy and pasted from a document on v.35 Maury Markowitz (talk) 12:40, 10 July 2011 (UTC)
