Bad Grammar
[edit]This has terrible grammar (it doesn't even make sense), but I don't know enough about the subject to correct it: "a data flow determines for which time which data item is scheduled to enter or leave which port of a systolic array."
Split article into strict and general
[edit]"Data stream" is a generic concept (!), so the section "Formal Definition" is wrong when exclude other uses of the concept.
Suggestion: split the article into 2 big sections:
