[edit]

I am writing this in response to the Wikipedia articel about Darren E. Burrows.

My name is Richard Marshall, I was Darren Burrows photo double on the set of Northern Exposure. My indian name is Swil Kanim. www.myspace.com/swilkanim

To my knowledge, Darren E. Burroughs NEVER claimed to be of Native descent. It was the network that claimed his ethnic heritage was of little importance because he played a character written as a 'half' indian. I am sick of people simply stating that he is rumored to be a blonde. So. Why should it be a point of interest anywhere that someone in the entertainment business dyed their hair? He was a working actor asked to play a role and be paid a fair wage. No one, including the original creators expected the show to be the success it was.

If it wasn't for Darren E. Burroughs I would still be a street performer, not that it is a bad thing, but he help me produce my first CD of solo violin music. His kind words encouraged me beyond belief and my career has benefited from his kindness and generosity.

God bless Darren E. Burroughs.

  • Is this guy's wife a french chef? or does the family have a live-in french chef?*
Thank you. If anyone ever wonders why grammar is important, or why Wikipedia will never be more than an online blog, here is your answer. 66.108.4.183 06:25, 12 September 2006 (UTC) Sean Ross[reply]

I read it as living with his wife *and* a french chef too
