Excellent article
[edit]Very well done. I've been reading a lot of weak Wikipedia articles lately - nice to see one how it should be done--Omarcheeseboro (talk) 15:16, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
Meters?
[edit]Why was someone converting all the yards stat to meters? There is no such thing in American football. All references to meters removed as useless information. DarkAudit (talk) 15:54, 25 January 2010 (UTC)
Running Back vs. Wide Reciever
[edit]Someone changed all his information to running back, I did some research and could not find anything i would consider a reliable source that says he has been moved to running back. He has never played running back and I could not find anything official. Only rumor sites like profootballtalk.com say anyhting to that effect. Vikings official site, NFL.com, and ESPN all list him as a wide reciever/special teams. Information was changed back to reflect that. Garkeith (talk) 16:03, 9 April 2010 (UTC)
- NFL.com, The VIkings official site, and ESPN, are not what we call RELIABLE SOURCES. There information is often outdated and incorrect
(Example, ESPN lists some players as members of a team they were cut from years ago). The Star Tribune ref i added in is reliable, plus if needed i can throw in the ref of a sports radio appearance where Reynaud himself announces his move. Plus, your claim that he has never played runningback is wrong- he played it in high school before being moved to WR because of his speed.RF23 (talk) 19:12, 13 April 2010 (UTC)
- The newest source you added is more effective but I still think we are jumping the gun on this until the roster is final. If they bring in another back to replace Chester Taylor this move will surly be cancelled. After all he still is wearing a number in the 80's and has not been changed on the offical site or played a down at running back. I think it is crazy we are arguing over this since he is near the bottom of the depth chart at either postion. He is a special teams player. I made changes that reference him as a wide reciever and running back i think that is the most accurate way to depict it since it seems up in the air. I am a huge fan of him, I created this page origially and I snapped the picture of him on the page personally. I just hope he has a good season this year. Garkeith (talk) 13:28, 14 April 2010 (UTC)
- according to his vikings profile he is now officially a RB and has changed his number now to reflect that. We'll keep the WR in the infobox because he will probably play both positions, similar to Danny Woodhead on the Jets.RF23 (talk) 20:13, 14 April 2010 (UTC)
- OMG fine! I guess that will have to do. We will see when the season starts. Garkeith (talk) 12:49, 15 April 2010 (UTC)

Personal Information
[edit]Someone added personal information like his favorite movies, music, kids names. This is not the place for that. He needs to make a facebook or myspace page if this is the kind of information he wants out there. It was removed. Garkeith (talk) 16:03, 9 April 2010 (UTC)
