I tried to find it in many airport lists, but none of them gave me positive response. Even IATA does not know it by the code "DCY". The coordinate in this article points to a blank space (in Google Earth). I guess the airport should be near by a city or a town. Which one(s) in this case? Funny question. Did you bother clicking on any of the references? This is a new airport and a lot of websites are simply not up to date. Check out flightstats.com for one of the more clueful sites. -Zanhe (talk) 05:26, 20 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Funny? I'd rather say: there is no reliable sources for this article (I don't know which template to put in the article to show this). Of course I clicked the URLs, and made extensive search with Google (yes, I found this flightstats.com site as well, among others. Many of these sites copy the WP article). I found this airport in the news, but did not find it on any official websites. See the searches at ICAO and IATA. Search result: 0. It is said to be opened in September 2013, so the officials had 10 months until now to put it in the databases, isn't it enough time for this task? (I cannot speak Chinese, so I cannot check all the news). I appreciate if anyone show me reliable sources for the data in this article (coordinates, length of runway, etc). You weren't searching at the right place. IATA's code search page is here. Flightstats.com has dynamic day-to-day flight information, which is definitely not copied from the WP article. -Zanhe (talk) 07:55, 20 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Does this propaganda hoax really exist? I cannot find it anywhere. Misibacsi (talk) 17:04, 13 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I agree with the above posts - I believe the airport is real; it exists somewhere, but NOT at the coordinates originally assigned to it by IATA (and apparently subsequently parroted by every source ever). We need correct coords for this article. --Spray787 (talk) 19:25, 12 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Spray787: The coords are correct. The problem is that Google Maps still uses extremely old satellite images for that region. You can clearly see the airport in Apple Maps' satellite view. -Zanhe (talk) 19:03, 11 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
