Background

It looks like his parents, Daniel Johnson and Bridget Cory, are identified here. The drawing for the engraving, by Anne E. Palmer, a niece (mother presumably a Johnson, to be identified); her married name was Mrs W. E. Price, who may have lived in Gloucester. Charles Matthews (talk) 10:22, 1 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

So that would be Anne Elizabeth Palmer. Died 1848 (?), which is too early to be the Mrs W. E. Price of Gloucester. Fits with this page on thepeerage.com, marriage in 1828 to William E. Price, death 1841. Charles Matthews (talk) 10:27, 1 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
