Troupe Timeline
the seasons for a few of the troupe members are off...
Shannon Holtzapffel and Kiril Kulish were troupe members in season 22 (not 23) Dennis Jauch was a troupe member in seasons 22 and 23 (not 23 and 24) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.215.234.33 (talk) 17:07, 25 June 2018 (UTC)
Brittany Cherry is also off...her timeline in the troupe was seasons 20-21, then 23-24 (not 21-22, 24-25) 98.7.199.100 (talk) 15:59, 3 August 2018 (UTC)
Just noticed someone edited the troupe section but didn't fix this...is anyone monitoring these edit requests? 98.7.199.100 (talk) 01:55, 20 August 2018 (UTC)

Sections on series overview (couples in finals)
We should acknowledge the couples who reached the finals, but placed fourth, because they reached the finals too, and it's awkward to not mention them. Aly Raisman, Carlos PenaVega, Bethany Mota, Jana Kramer, James Maslow, Bill Engvall (I think I'm missing a couple) are among the finalists that are not acknowledged.

Perfect Score Records
Remember in like 2017 or so when we had the records for most perfect scores? Should we bring those back? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ritzy nanak (talk • contribs) 23:19, 7 October 2020 (UTC)
Season 2 outcome revealed early
It's worth pointing out, but I'm not sure how to work this in, that Stacy's elimination in the final episode revealed the winner at that point. This is because the judges order was { 1st, 2nd, 3rd } = { Drew, Stacy, Jerry }, meaning 3 points for Drew, 2 for Stacy, 1 for Jerry.
There are only six possible viewer vote outcomes. Having Stacy leave ruled out four of them:
{ 1st, 2nd, 3rd } = { Drew, Stacy, Jerry }
{ 1st, 2nd, 3rd } = { Stacy, Jerry, Drew }
{ 1st, 2nd, 3rd } = { Stacy, Drew, Jerry }
None of these happened; Jerry would have left when Stacy did.
{ 1st, 2nd, 3rd } = { Jerry, Stacy, Drew }
This 3-way tie didn't happen; Drew would have left when Stacy did, and the trophy have gone to Jerry.
That leaves only two outcomes, with Drew winning either way:
{ 1st, 2nd, 3rd } = { Jerry, Drew, Stacy }
If this happened, Drew won with 5 points. Jerry 4, Stacy 3.
{ 1st, 2nd, 3rd } = { Drew, Jerry, Stacy }
If this happened, Drew won with 6 points. Jerry 3 with the popular vote, and Stacy 3.
Feel free to use the above for the main article if it helps. Marc W. Abel

Should we add the fourth place couples in the overview?
Dancing with the stars has had four finalists since season 27. Should we add the fourth place finalist in the overview section. JiLoas13 (talk) 10:31, 15 November 2022 (UTC)
