[edit]The images overpower the article, and cause some minor flow problems. I've shrunk one by 50px, but did not shrink the others. When I shrunk them, it was causing more flow, even when I tried to place break templates {{-}} at various places. Yngvarr (c) 14:05, 20 March 2008 (UTC)
- The Georgetown postcard has been removed as a right thumbnail and added to the new gallery. I hope the change helps a little bit. 67.86.73.252 (talk) 00:52, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
remove Category:Companies affiliated with the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad
[edit]All of the other companies in Category:Companies affiliated with the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad were independent companies that were bought up or leased by the New Haven. The Danbury and Norwalk Railroad is already listed in that category. This article discusses operation under NYNH&H, Penn Central, Conrail, and Metro North; hence I do not think it belongs in the Companies affiliated category. - The proposed category removal has taken place. 67.86.73.252 (talk) 04:13, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
- Okay, so why is this category still attached to the New Canaan Branch? And how can we clarify the difference between that and the Category:Predecessors of the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad? ---------User:DanTD (talk) 06:26, 28 November 2013 (UTC)
Branch name is presentist
[edit]The branch is named for its present terminus. For several decades the line had passenger service from New York Grand Central to Pittsfield, Massachusetts.Dogru144 (talk) 23:34, 14 July 2013 (UTC)
