Dana Berliner is an author and litigator of national prominence. She is a senior attorney for the Institute for Justice co-founded by Clint Bolick. Mrs. Berliner was the lead counsel for the landmark Supreme Court case Kelo v. City of New London and is one of the preeminent property rights litigators in the country. In addition to her work in the courtroom, Berliner has published works on the topic of eminent domain and had her ideas quoted in national publications such as the New York Times and the Washington Post. This page is still under construction, but the fact that its content is incomplete should not be grounds to delete a page on a very notable person.

If you read the policy, it can be and is the reason to delete. Tens of thousands of articles are started every day. You need to make sure you create enough references and reasons for the article to exist or it will end up getting deleted in the shuffle. If she was the lead council for a SCOTUS case, then she is indeed notable and should have a page. Try starting the page with that fact, and a reference to it in the reflist and no one would have ever tagged your article. Pharmboy 21:34, 6 August 2007 (UTC)
