Dan Mullen (born April 27, 1972) is an American football coach. He is currently the head coach at Mississippi State University[2]. should be changed to: Dan Mullen (born April 27, 1972) is an American football coach. He is currently the head coach at University of Florida. this is per: [1] ~Derrick C. Brandon Dcb1981 (talk) 22:28, 26 November 2017 (UTC)
- Not done: @Dcb1981: From the cited article "The Gators are set to hire Mississippi State head coach Dan Mullen". The article does not say he is currently the head coach at University of Florida, it says that he is set to be hired. So the requested change errs. Check back when he actually becomes the head coach at University of Florida. Thinker78 (talk) 07:02, 27 November 2017 (UTC)

Apparent glitch
[edit]I made an edit in which the only thing I did was changing the "8" in "2018-present" in the infobox, to a "7", so it would read "2017-present". For some reason, after saving the edit the history shows as if I had messed up the entire spacing of the infobox code. I am suspecting a glitch, which was replicated when I made the same edit again. I will report this situation and will post what I find out. Thinker78 (talk) 03:59, 5 December 2017 (UTC)
- I reported the bug in Phabricator, where I created a task specifying the issue. Thinker78 (talk) 06:11, 5 December 2017 (UTC) Edited 06:27, 5 December 2017 (UTC) Edited 20:57, 5 December 2017 (UTC)
- It was indeed a glitch. The issue had already been reported by someone else -click on the Phabricator task link for details. Lesson learned for some editors is don't go arbitrarily accusing someone of lying when they tell you something is a glitch, specially if the accused is not a new user and is not an editor with a history of vandalism. What is the year his coaching career starts at Florida?
[edit]Is 2017 or 2018? The infobox is listing it at 2018 (under "coaching career") but it lists him as head coach at Florida already, which seems to be contradictory information. Thinker78 (talk) 16:11, 6 December 2017 (UTC)
