[edit]Damir Doma owns all images of his product. The claimed page Hearts is on Fire is just a blog writing about Damir Doma's work. Also, this passage is a text from Damir Doma's website which I can proof that its free to use and is not violating any others rights.
- A "bot" tagged teh page as a copyright violation, not a human. Please provide a link to the original copyright-free/copyleft source. --rannṗáirtí anaiṫnid (coṁrá) 22:28, 12 October 2009 (UTC)
- We took note that you claim permission OR public domain status from the source, this is however not readily verifiable. In accordance with the precautionary principle guiding our copyright policies, the article cannot remain on display until this has been cleared, and its text has been replaced by a boilerplate message.
- At this stage, three options are possible:
- Verify that the source is demonstrably Public domain
- Obtain permission from the source and transmit it by following the procedure described at WP:PERMISSION
- Rewrite the article from scratch using your own words on the temporary subpage linked from the boilerplate copyright template.
- The template may not be removed until one of these three conditions are satisfied.
- Please understand that Wikipedia takes copyright issues seriously and cannot keep third party material that has not been demonstrated as authorized on display once we are aware of it. Best, MLauba (talk) 22:42, 12 October 2009 (UTC)
- The current version is a greatly rewritten version of the original vio. --rannṗáirtí anaiṫnid (coṁrá) 22:59, 12 October 2009 (UTC)
