I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: IMO and edge case regarding wp:notability but I'm marking as reviewed. Suggest finding another independent source that covers them in dept and adding that sources and material derived from it. Also need basic info like enrollment and an image would also be good.
