[edit]I notice that it says Dallas was at University of Saskatchewan, but I am pretty sure it was University of Regina. I am going to ask Pat Howard, who was his colleague there, and then correct it if necessary.
So, I asked Roger Howard, who was in Regina with Dallas, and learned that the university was called "University of Saskatchewan at Regina" while Dallas was there. It was only renamed "University of Regina" later. I guess the original authors of the piece are correct. The integrity of wikipedia is unblemished!
